Welcome to www.blutelife.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or using any services offered by Blute Life (“Blute Life”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Site, features, content, functionality, and products offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or registered user. You agree to review these Terms periodically for changes.

 

 

2) About & Ownership of the Site

The Site, its content, and the infrastructure used to provide it are proprietary to Blute Life and/or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or resell any content, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Site without our express written permission.

 

 

3) Territory

The Site, Services, and product sales are directed to users in India. If you access the Site or place orders from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes are effective when posted on this page with the “Last Modified” date updated. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

 

5) Eligibility

Use of the Site is not permitted for persons who are “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Products restricted to adults must not be purchased by minors.

  • Deep link, frame, or mirror any part of the Site without permission.

  • Collect personal data of others or use the Site to solicit for competing services.

10) Orders, Pricing, Shipping & Delivery

a) Placing Orders

Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the specific terms in the item’s description and these Terms. Colors on-screen may vary from actual product colors due to display settings.

b) Pricing

Unless otherwise specified, products are sold at MRP applicable on the date of purchase. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

c) Shipping & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.

  • Enter complete and accurate delivery information; redelivery due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.

  • We ship via reputed national courier partners with tracking. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

  • A nominal shipping fee (e.g., ₹50) may apply; the applicable fee is shown at checkout.

  • Orders received after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Delivery windows: Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, force majeure, etc.).

  • Shipping is available to serviceable pin codes in India; PO boxes and military addresses are not supported.

d) Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

 

 

11) Payments

  • We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Net-banking, UPI, and select wallets (gateway options shown at checkout).

  • If an online payment fails, please retry with accurate details and a stable internet connection. If your account is debited after failure, the amount is typically auto-reversed within 7 business days (timing may vary by bank/gateway). For assistance, email hello@blutelife.com with your order number.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at select pin codes:

    • COD verification via OTP may be required.

    • A COD service fee (e.g., ₹50) may apply and will be shown at checkout.

    • We may limit COD eligibility for high-value orders or previous COD refusals.

  • There are no hidden charges; you pay the amount shown in your order summary at checkout.

 

 

12) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All purchases are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Returns / Replacement:
Due to the nature of food products and strict safety standards, we do not accept returns or provide replacements for any orders.

Refunds:
As cancellations and returns are not permitted, refunds are not applicable for any completed orders.

COD Orders:
For the same reason, COD orders are also non-refundable under all circumstances.

13) Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Any reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, photos, or other materials you submit (“Comments”) may be used by Blute Life for any lawful purpose (including marketing, improvement, display, and distribution) without compensation, and you grant Blute Life a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Comments.
 You are solely responsible for your Comments and must not submit unlawful or infringing content. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Comments.

 

 

14) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, software, design, and arrangement (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Blute Life and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written permission. All trademarks, trade dress, and brand elements of Blute Life are our property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

 

15) Infringement Policy

We may terminate or suspend access for users who infringe intellectual property rights. If you believe your IP is infringed on the Site, contact contact@blutelife.com with details and proof of ownership.

 

 

16) User Content & Community Features

Where the Site or our social channels allow you to post content (“User Content”):

  • You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any rights or laws.

  • You grant Blute Life a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the User Content in any media.

  • User Content may be public; do not post personal information you wish to keep private.

  • We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

 

 

17) Electronic Communications

By using the Site or emailing us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS/WhatsApp where permitted, in-Site notices). Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

 

 

18) Third-Party Websites & Payment Gateways

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices. Payment gateways may use cookies or tracking technologies per their own policies. Direct any questions about such technologies to the respective providers.

 

 

19) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, Content, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted/secure/error-free operation.

 

 

20) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blute Life and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, products, services, or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

 

 

21) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blute Life, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

 

 

22) Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental actions, network or utility failures, pandemics, or acts of God.

 

 

23) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objection to such venue.

 

 

24) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

  • Tribunal: Sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act.

  • Seat & Venue: [New Delhi, Delhi], India.

  • Language: English.

  • Timeline: Award to be made within 9 months from the date the arbitrator enters reference (extensions as permitted by law).

  • Confidentiality: All arbitration proceedings shall be confidential.
     The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

 

 

25) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Provisions intended to survive termination shall do so (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution).

 

 

26) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Blute Life regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights/obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
